We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team based in Chirk.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly portfolio summary, including IRR calculations, cash reporting, preparation of watchlists and corridor instrument overview
• Preparation of presentations to report the performance of the organisation to various recipients, including banks, insurers and local government
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations on progress of investments, future plans, sustainability and any other topics that may arise
• Preparation of business plans to be presented to banks to secure funding for new projects for the organisation
• Preparation of the quarterly reports for board meetings
• Development of reporting functions
• Preparation and review of Key Financial Information reports
• Oversee and review various departmental reports, including bad debt reports, FX reports and tax forecasts
• Prepare the cashflow forecast for the Chirk manufacturing site
• Any further duties required by the role

Requirements

• CIMA qualified or part-qualified accountant
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Analytical mind with an aptitude for problem solving
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience of communicating with senior members of staff and board members
• Experience of communicating with non-finance staff
