Main duties and responsibilities

È responsabile dell'implementazione della normativa sulla sicurezza in azienda in conformità alle normative vigenti.
È responsabile dello scadenziario della valutazione dei rischi specifici, della formazione e della sorveglianza sanitaria, della raccolta della documentazione specifica (es. schede di sicurezza).
Sviluppa ed implementa le istruzioni operative sulla sicurezza e la documentazione della sicurezza.
Si occupa della parte informativa in azienda, sia per i nuovi assunti che per il personale dipendente.
Predispone e raccoglie la documentazione relativa alla sicurezza per le ditte in appalto.
Si occupa di raccogliere e vagliare la documentazione relativa alle attrezzature, macchinari e ne verifica la manutenzione / collaudi secondo le prescrizioni di legge.
Segue le pratiche INAIL per gli infortuni, le malattie professionali e per le attrezzature in pressione nel portale CIVA.
È di supporto per l'analisi degli infortuni, mancati infortuni ed incidenti. Prende parte alla riunione periodica predisponendo la documentazione necessaria.
Prende parte agli audit anche predisponendo la parte documentale a supporto.
Segue gli adempimenti per l'area ambientale in termini di autorizzazioni e adempimenti specifici anche per i rifiuti.


She/He is responsible for the implementation of safety regulations in the company in accordance with current regulations.
She/He is responsible for the specific risk assessment schedule, for training and health surveillance, for the collection of specific documentation (e.g. safety data sheets).
She/He develops and implements safety operating instructions and safety documentation.
She/He is the responsible for safety information for new hires and for employees.
She/He prepares and collects safety documentation for contracted companies.
She/He is responsible for collecting and examining the documentation relating to equipment and machinery and verifies their maintenance / testing according to the provisions of the law.
She/He follows the INAIL practices for accidents, occupational diseases and for pressure equipment in the CIVA portal.
She/he supports the analysis of accidents, near misses and accidents. She/He takes part in the periodic meeting preparing the necessary documentation.
She/He also takes part in the audits by preparing the supporting documents.
She/He follows the fulfilments for the environmental area in terms of authorizations and specific fulfilments also for waste.

Requirements

- Ottima conoscenza del D. Lgs.81/08 e delle normative in termini di rifiuti, attrezzature in pressione.
- Ottima conoscenza delle procedure autorizzative per le emissioni in atmosfera, relative alle acque e delle pratiche AUA, AIA ecc.
- Buona conoscenza degli aspetti più legali applicati agli ambiente e sicurezza.
- Formazione almeno come ASPP e approfondita conoscenza delle istruzioni specifiche.
- Diploma tecnico o laurea
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese liv. B2 (sia scritto che parlato)
- Residenza entro 25 km dalla sede aziendale
- Flessibilità oraria


- Excellent knowledge of L. D. 81/08 and regulations in terms of waste, pressure equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of the authorization procedures for emissions into the atmosphere, relating to water and AUA, AIA, etc. practices.
- Good knowledge of the more legal aspects applied to the environment and safety.
- Training at least as ASPP and thorough knowledge of specific instructions.
- High school diploma or university degree
- English language knowledge lev. B2 (written and spoken)
- Residence within 25km of the company site
- Time flexibility
