Main duties and responsibilities

- Managing of rawmaterial needs and supplier portfolio of the company
- Basic knowledge of forestry products and forestry standards
- Ensuring correct processes and controls are implemented
- Ensuring the right amount of requested materials are purchased and delivered on time to pre-defined quality requirements
- Negotiating the lowest prices with the best suppliers
- Searching for new suppliers, making new orders
- Controlling of invoices
- Preparing statistics and reports, market and price analysis
- Continuously improving and streamlining the supply chain
- Compliance with purchase-standards – legally and fitting to certificates

Requirements

- University degree in forestry / wood engineering
- 2-3 years experience in related field is advantage, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Negotiation skills and a passion for buying and getting the best deal possible
- Fluent English (another European language knowledge is an asset)
- Willingness to travel (60-70 % of working time mainly HU partially CR)
- Excellent organizing and communicational skills, People management skills
- Pro-active personality
- Good command of MS Office
