For our French sites located in Le Creusot and Auxerre, we are looking for an ambitious, experienced and committed HR manager.

Main duties and responsibilities

Goal: Supervise and monitor the development, coordination and implementation of a full range HR function in two locations in France (Auxerre, Le Creusot). Provide HR service to the site management and partner with the department management.
Managing the full employee cycle in the following areas:
- Recruitment: continuous monitoring of the vacancies, publishing job ads, conducting interviews, organization of the newcomers' entry
- Training and development: coordination of training and development processes, onboarding, yearly performance appraisals and ranking,
- Coordination of the time management, payroll and social security processes in line with the local laws and regulations
- Coordination of the month-end and year-end closing, preparing relevant reports locally and internationally, too
- HR controlling tasks (international and audit reports)
- Ensuring proper and accurate HR administration
- Supervise and develop the local HR team in 2 locations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field
- 6-8 years HR experience (recruiting, hire&fire, controlling, training organization, payroll &benefits, labour law), within that min. 2 years as a manager / team leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND French.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the local labour law
- Computer literate (MS Office) with a sound knowledge of Excel
- Outstanding communicational and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, positive, can-do mentality.
