Main duties and responsibilities

Clarion Laminates LLC (Shippenville, PA) seeks to hire for the position of Electrical Maintenance Manager.

The specific job responsibilities of the position include: (i) coordinate allocations of resources, people, money and equipment related to electrical maintenance activities; (ii) coordinate all electrical maintenance projects and operations with the Plant Manager; (iii) provide accurate information about electrical maintenance through timely reporting and recordkeeping; (iv) provide technical support to the production department; (v) provide leadership and day-to-day direction for the electrical maintenance functions; (vi) evaluate and develop subordinates and review programs for employees to ensure continuous improvement in all forms of work; (vii) develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs; (viii) ensure plant efficiency is maintained at the highest possible level without sacrificing safety, quality and cost standards; (ix) coordinate projects from ideas through conception, design, installation, start up, and preventive/predictive maintenance training; (x) design, draw and bid projects for estimating and writes AFE requests; (xi) bid, justify and recommend contractors for jobs; (xii) ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental expectations in the performance of all job functions; (xiii) identify root causes of issues during production and document issue on action logs; (xiv) follow up on issues assigned to this position through the action log; and (xv) ensure quality standards are met as defined by internal and external customers.

Requirements

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or a foreign equivalent degree and four (4) years of experience in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering projects in the manufacturing industry involving equipment maintenance and improvement and optimizations processes, including use of Siemens PLCs and Auto CAD.
