Main duties and responsibilities

Inserita nell'ufficio accettazione, la persona si occuperà:
- delle attività connesse alla gestione delle ditte esterne in azienda;
- dell'emissione dei documenti relativi alle vendite, comprensivi di quelli di carattere doganale;
- dell'organizzazione quotidiana dei trasporti;
- di gestire i rapporti con le ditte di trasporti e tenere monitorati i relativi costi;
- dell'organizzazione delle spedizioni via corrieri espressi e del ritiro del materiale;
- altre attività affini al mondo del magazzino e della logistica.


She/He will be responsible for:
- all activities related to externals companies;
- issuing delivery notes, invoices and custom documents;
- daily organization of transport buying / planning;
- relation with hauliers and cost supervision;
- couries in and out of the company.
She/He wil be involved in other activities related to warehouse and logistic.

Requirements

- Buona conoscenza della geografia italiana e della rete stradale / autostradale;
- Conoscenze di base dei principi contabili e delle regole di trasporto (es. INCOTERMS).
- Conoscenze di base di contabilità
- Diploma tecnico o laurea
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese liv. B2 (sia scritto che parlato)
- Residenza entro 25 km dalla sede aziendale
- Flessibilità oraria


- Good knowledge of Italian geography and the highway network
- Good knowledge of the accounting principles and the regulation of transports (ex. INCOTERMS)
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- High school diploma or university degree
- English language knowledge lev. B2 (written and spoken)
- Residence within 25km of the company site
- Time flexibility
