Prepare, adapt, and optimize visual assets for online shops, websites, and social media channels (banners, visuals, page elements, campaign materials). Curate and organize visual content to ensure consistency across platforms and markets. Support website updates by preparing visuals according to predefined layouts, technical requirements, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into ready-to-use digital assets. Create simple layouts, wireframes, or visual mockups to support content planning and coordination. Ensure correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and delivery readiness of all visual materials. Maintain visual consistency in branding, typography, colors, and composition across all digital touchpoints. Assist in managing and maintaining visual libraries, templates, and reusable assets. Follow established workflows, deadlines, and quality standards.

No previous professional experience required. Suitable for recent graduates, students, or self-taught candidates with a strong interest in web and digital visuals. Basic familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and/or Figma. Understanding of how visuals are used on websites and social media (formats, resolutions, responsiveness). Basic awareness of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory. Strong willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback. Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow instructions and guidelines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Portfolio or examples of personal, academic, or practice work are mandatory.

• Collaborate with Kronospan's global Product Planning teams and lead buyers to identify purchasing needs, define optimal order quantities, and align on consumption and pricing. • Process internal purchase demands and create purchase orders in the company ERP system. • Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmation. • Track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and proactively inform internal stakeholders of potential supply interruptions. • Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements, and report any non-conformances. • Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials and maintain continuity of supply. • Coordinate planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants, maintaining effective communication with suppliers. • Follow market trends and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. • Conduct market research on designated product groups for global purchasing initiatives. • Maintain and update the supplier and market price database. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support purchasing decisions and management reporting. • Monitor transport execution for purchased goods to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with agreed service levels. • Compare and analyze transport costs and performance across suppliers and logistics providers to identify potential savings and process improvements. • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that transportation activities align with purchasing plans and company policies.

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field). • Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics is a strong advantage. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools — particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
