During the Leadership Training program, participants acquire management skills (leadership, teambuilding, interpersonal), technical skills (production management controls, operational processes, and metrics) as well as contribute to the organization through projects to improve production, reduce waste, or process improvement. The Operations Leadership Trainee participates in an intensive program of approximately 12 months duration which includes rotations through various roles within the assigned facility. The Operations Leadership Trainee is expected to be prepared for a leadership role upon completion of the program.

· Bachelor's Degree with either of the following preferred majors: Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or other related field · Excellent attendance record. · Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and follow-through in a fast-paced results-oriented environment · Strong desire to learn the manufacturing process, develop leadership capabilities and possess desire to process in the Kronospan organization · Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills · Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills · Capability to prioritize work activities, assignments, demands and flexibility to adapt to change · Strong analytical skills · Demonstrated excellent work ethic, strong time management and organizational skills · Must be able to work flexible hours and be available based on the needs of the business. This may include rotating shifts, nights and/or weekends. · Must have strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint · Must be a team player and have the ability to work and interact with associates/departments throughout the organization

W związku z rozwojem firmy tworzymy nowe stanowisko odpowiedzialne za kompleksową obsługę inwestycji oraz współpracę z projektantami i architektami. Szukamy osoby, która będzie łączyć kompetencje techniczne z umiejętnością prowadzenia relacji biznesowych. Do obowiązków osoby na tym stanowisku będzie należeć m.in.: • Kompleksowa obsługa projektów inwestycyjnych. • Współpraca z projektantami, architektami i biurami projektowymi na etapie koncepcji i realizacji inwestycji. • Koordynacja działań związanych z realizacją inwestycji – od wsparcia technicznego po nadzór nad zgodnością z normami budowlanymi. • Reprezentowanie firmy podczas spotkań branżowych oraz targów (również zagranicznych). • Współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi w zakresie przygotowania ofert i wsparcia projektowego. • Monitorowanie rynku inwestycyjnego i identyfikacja nowych możliwości współpracy.

• Doświadczenie w pracy z inwestycjami budowlanymi lub przy współpracy z architektami/projektantami. • Znajomość norm budowlanych i realiów procesu inwestycyjnego. • Wykształcenie budowlane – mile widziane. • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (współpraca międzynarodowa). • Gotowość do pracy w modelu łączącym biuro i wyjazdy służbowe (ok. 50%). • Umiejętność samodzielnej organizacji pracy oraz budowania długofalowych relacji biznesowych.
