- Programming bots using the G1ant platform
- Ability to work according to project documentation (PDD/TDD) using best practices
- Creating independent, fully testable components
- Integration of bots with various system such as ERP/CRM, web applications, databases, MS Office
- Implementation of exceptions and error handling mechanisms to ensure the stability of bots operation
- Improving, maintaining and monitoring existing applications and other digital solutions related to automation
- Implementing changes to existing solutions in accordance with requirements&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Master degree – preferable in computer science
- 2 years of practical experience in implementing process improvements and automation
- Experience in project management
- Ability to perform technical analysis, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Experience and knowledge of one of RPA platform (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath, G1ant, BluePrism)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, REST, Python, GIT commands
- Knowledge of functioning of department such us HR, sales, purchase, finance
- Good working organization and independence in action
- English language proficiency – B2 level
Nice to have - knowledge of one of Low-Code platforms (e.g. Webcon, JobRouter, nAxiom)&lt;br /&gt;

•	Prepare commercial offers and negotiate fair, sustainable partnerships
•	Build new customer connections while strengthening existing ones
•	Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with care
•	Monitor market trends and competitor activity
•	Track results, share insights, and stay connected with colleagues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	At least 2 years of proven business development experience in the flooring, wood panel, or construction materials industries
•	Experience selling to distribution and construction/building materials sectors
•	Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•	A collaborative, goal-oriented mindset
•	Confidence with Microsoft Office tools&lt;br /&gt;
