•	Responsible for daily housekeeping in the shipping office and surrounding areas.
•	Assist other associates when needed.
•	May be responsible for department operations during Logistic Manager's absence.
•	Assists department manager in training of new associates, and cross training of all department members.

JOB PURPOSE:

•	Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
•	Provide leadership and day-to-day direction for the Shipping team ensuring team members are aware of their expectations in each specific role.
•	Provide formal and informal performance feedback, while also leading by example; this includes technical knowledge, initiative, attitude, drive, attendance, professionalism and overall leadership, as well as other areas identified by the Logistics Manager and Human Resources.
•	Inspects loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
•	Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. / Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar field preferred or equivalent work experience
•	Minimum seven (7) years direct experience in production or process in industrial manufacturing
•	Minimum five (5) years experience in a supervisory/leadership role
•	Mid-level to Advanced Computer Skills including KSoft and Microsoft Suite

• Accurately tag/stock inventory items.
• Notify the EE that ordered, of requisitioned capital project or work order parts on arrival.
• Keep hard copy files of all receiving documents.
• Receive services and capital expense invoices from finance (KSoft/Docuware/hardcopy).
• Responsible for the control process on which items are taken out of the storeroom especially consumables/manage inventory of vending machines.
• Issue and retain files on all issued inventory in KSoft for all employees.
• Develop demands for ordering of miscellaneous parts when needed.
• Work with the Purchasing Manager and Buyer on predicting usage and stock accordingly for all special projects/downtime with consumable vendor.

L'addetto al carrello elevatore, con l'ausilio di carrelli elevatori anche di grossa portata (fino a 16 ton) si occupa delle seguenti attività:
- scarico del materiale da camion o da treno e stoccaggio dello stesso a magazzino;
- preparazione del materiale e del carico sui camion;
- movimentazione del materiale all'interno del magazzino.
È responsabile del carico e dello scarico del materiale dalle linee di produzione (materie prime, prodotto finito, materiale da imballo).
Partecipa alle attività di inventario mensile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Necessaria esperienza pregressa nella conduzione di carrelli elevatori
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni e a ciclo continuo
- Buona capacità nell'utilizzo del computer / lettore di codici a barre
- Velocità di apprendimento e dedizione al lavoro
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese 

Requisito: 
- attestato di partecipazione al corso “Addetti alla conduzione di carrelli elevatori” in corso di validità

Nous recrutons un Gestionnaire des Achats &amp; Moyens Généraux pour Gérer les activités d'achat de biens et services et assurer le fonctionnement quotidien des moyens généraux de l'entreprise, dans le respect des procédures et en optimisant les coûts. 

Principales Responsabilités : 

1.	Gestion des Achats :

•	Réaliser les achats de biens et services pour les besoins courants ( équipements, prestations de services...). 
•	Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs : identification, sollicitation, négociation, suivi des commandes et réception des livraisons. 
•	Établir et suivre les bons de commande et les contrats d'achat. 
•	Veiller au respect des procédures d'achat et des règles budgétaires. 
•	Maintenir à jour le fichier des fournisseurs et l'archive des documents d'achat. 

2.	Gestion des Moyens Généraux : 

•	Assurer le suivi du parc mobilier et des équipements de bureau. 
•	Coordonner les interventions de maintenance, de nettoyage et de sécurité des locaux. Gérer les relations avec les prestataires des services généraux (nettoyage, gardiennage…). ·
•	Participer à l'organisation de l'espace de travail et à la logistique des déménagements internes. 
•	Contrôler les consommations (énergie, eau) et proposer des actions d'économie.

3.	Gestion Administrative et Logistique : 

•	Gérer les stocks de fournitures de bureau et de consommables. 
•	Assurer la gestion du courrier (réception, expédition). 
•	Participer à l'organisation d'événements internes (séminaires, réunions) sur le volet logistique. 
•	Soutenir la fonction administrative sur des tâches variées selon les besoins. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1.	Profil Recherché :

•	Bac+2/3/5 en achats, gestion administrative, logistique ou domaine équivalent. Expérience : 
•	Expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire (achats courants / moyens généraux / gestion administrative).
•	Un bon niveau en français / anglais 


2.	Compétences Techniques :

•	Maîtrise des procédures d'achat et de la réglementation basique. 
•	Connaissance des domaines des moyens généraux (maintenance, services). 
•	Très bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, Word) et des logiciels de gestion d'achats.
•	Aptitude à gérer des appels d'offres simples et des négociations. 

3.	Qualités Personnelles : 

•	Sens de l'organisation et rigueur administrative.
•	Autonomie, sens des priorités et réactivité. 
•	Bon relationnel et sens du service. 
•	Esprit pratique et force de proposition. 
•	Bonnes capacités de négociation.

 Conditions de Travail : Poste basé à Settat mais avec une période de formation et onboarding au centre design Kronospan à Casablanca. 
Déplacements occasionnels possibles (visite fournisseurs, autres sites). &lt;br /&gt;
