For our Design Center in Sofia we are looking for a creative, committed and ambitious individual to join the team.

Main duties and responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, merchandise display, housekeeping, accounting, supplies, advertising, online presence, sales promotions and product information. Promote a professional image of the brand and develop project concept presentation
Relationship management with a wide range of customers, including distributors architects, builders, designers and homeowners
Work with wood based products (surface and building materials)
Follow latest trends in the interior design and keep up with product mode and customer requests
Organize and participate in workshops, local fairs and other specific events
Create and upload digital content
Schedule customer meeting, workshops, presentations, staff trainings and other promotional activities and events
Handle project communication with other departments and external companies, partners or professional communities
Prepare and control of the marketing budget and responsible for efficient use of resources
Supervise and monitor of subcontractors work
Report to the management board

Requirements

University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing or Public relations
Advanced software knowledge (MS Office, drawing programs- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop)
Fluency in English
Innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities
Leadership abilities and strong communication skills
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
Proactive attitude, capable of taking initiative, independent and result-oriented
Organizational time management skills and expert in sales techniques
Positive attitude and experience working with a team
3+ years with a similar experience or in the similar industry
