InLink is a company, specialized in the global marketing service of all Kronospan representatives and customers. The main company's activities are connected with the communication and the promotion of the wide variety products for the building and the interior design.
We are growing and we need a Procurement buyer to join our team.

Main duties and responsibilities

Sourcing Raw Materials within the assigned product groups
Establishing and maintaining effective supplier relationships
Negotiating prices, terms and supplier agreements with company's suppliers
Managing contracts
Evaluating cost analysis from suppliers
Monitoring material stocks and ensuring timely supply of required materials
Coordinating planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants and communicating them to suppliers
Processing internal demands and registering purchase orders in company's ERP system
Tracking order acknowledgements, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, ensuring visibility of potential interruptions, and proposing strategies to handle such situations
Monitoring market trends and communicating relevant updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field
Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-performance business environment in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or related function. Previous experience in an international environment considered an advantage
Proficiency in English
Strong negotiations skills
Deep interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
High attention to detail
Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
Willingness to travel abroad
