InLink is a company, specialized in the global marketing service of all Kronospan representatives and customers. The main company's activities are connected with the communication and the promotion of the wide variety products for the building and the interior design.
We are growing and we need a Purchasing and Analyst Specialist to join our team.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with Kronospan's global Product Planning teams and lead buyers to identify purchasing needs, define optimal order quantities, and align on consumption and pricing.
• Process internal purchase demands and create purchase orders in the company ERP system.
• Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmation.
• Track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and proactively inform internal stakeholders of potential supply interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements, and report any non-conformances.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials and maintain continuity of supply.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants, maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
• Follow market trends and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research on designated product groups for global purchasing initiatives.
• Maintain and update the supplier and market price database.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support purchasing decisions and management reporting.
• Monitor transport execution for purchased goods to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Compare and analyze transport costs and performance across suppliers and logistics providers to identify potential savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that transportation activities align with purchasing plans and company policies.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field).
• Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools — particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
