Main duties and responsibilities

- Publishing diversified content and developing strategies to improve user engagement and drive enhanced actions across all social media channels
- Prepare content and improve future email campaigns - assistance in the preparation, submission and verification of texts for newsletters
- Develop, manage and monitor analytics platforms to track social media engagement and results
- Daily communications across all social media platforms with B2B and B2C customers. ( in Bulgarian and English )
- Manage social media accounts:
→ To respond to communications and forward to responsible colleagues in the country concerned
→ To assist in the publication of photos, videos, etc. on different platforms
→ To assist in writing texts for Kronospan and KronoShop publications
→ Assistance in the preparing, sending and verification of translation texts for website banners, advertisements and others.
→ Assistance in the communication with various companies (mainly architectural and design studios) in social networks.
→ Assistance in working with colleagues from other countries in order to collect more content for different types of publications, articles, photos, and videos.
→ Copywriting

Requirements

- Passion for storytelling and working with texts, images, videos and infographics
- SEO knowledge
- High degree of independence, self-organization and reliability
- English knowledge (fluent in spoken and written)
- Experience in B2B and B2C social media marketing or content development
- Ability to pitch and develop creative ideas for social content and initiatives
- Be a point person knowing when and how to integrate creative, data/analytics, paid media, and/or other client services teams to develop fully integrated, insight-driven content campaigns
