About us

We are currently looking for a Junior Executive to support the work of our CEO and contribute to the overall success of the company. Junior Executive role performs a wide range of tasks from administrative duties to more specialized projects that require critically and creatively thinking about how best to achieve organization’s goals. The role develops and introduces strategies to optimize company processes and improve efficiency, identify the industry trends and needs, and recognize the opportunities of company’s development.

Main duties and responsibilities

Entirely support the CEO role
Work with data, research, analyze, determine significance, assess implications
Ensure process operations is consistently and effectively performed according to established guidelines
Provide analysis with recommended actions through analytical solutions
Proactive approach in negotiations with key customers and suppliers
Coordinate with other departments and work closely with team leaders to manage projects, to ensure accurate reporting and efficiency improvement
Review financial statements to identify areas of risk and opportunities for profit improvement
Contribute for a positive image of the company and the brand

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply chain or another closely related discipline
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent English (German language skills are an advantage)
Presentation and communication skills
Deep analytical thinking and strong commercial approach
Willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
The ability to work under pressure and to work accurately within tight timescales
Capable of taking initiative, independent and results-oriented
Learning agility, resilience, ethical backbone, structure thinking, decision courage
