Main duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-term continuous improvement strategies related to plant reliability.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support to the maintenance team
• Provide justification and assist in the purchase of critical spare parts
• Assist CMMS Engineer in estimating man hours and materials needed for maintenance and repairs activities
• Conduct thermal imaging, vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, and other proactive tasks to promote a predictive maintenance program
• Develop SOPs for maintenance tasks relative to process reliability.
• Assist in developing PM and PDM tasks to reflect the results of reliability activities.

Requirements

3-5 years experience as an entry level reliability engineer or 5-10 years experience in a maintenance / production leadership role in a heavy manufacturing environment, preferably panel production. Experience working in a CMMS environment
