About us

El Sauceral is a very especial state located in a privileged environment, the Toledo's Mountain.
The state has been included in the Natura 2000 network under de figure of environmental protection.
This privileged situation is also accompanied with a large set of buildings perfectly embedded in the traditional style of the area. These buildings include houses for staff and hosts, winery, facilities for horses, garages, gym, swimming pool and spa under construction.
The state covers an area of 2,000 hectares completely fenced.
Almost 400 hectares are agriculture land, including olive trees dryland cereals and vineyards of different verities Tempranillo, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.
This state is perfect to sustain a hunting activities and it is one of the main uses of El Sauceral.
There are several hunting species living here: wild boar, red deer, roe deer, red partridge, rabbit, hare and mallard duck, perfect for hunting, stalking, bow hunting and falcony.

Currently, we are looking for an architect, who is required to carry out and supervise certain works and future extensions within the estate.

Main duties and responsibilities

Create architectural designs based on manager's comments and suggestions.
Prepare and execute contracts in accordance with specific queries.
Adjust contracts and designs to meet needs.
Project designs that reflect the values of the building and satisfy the wishes of the manager.
Comply with all industry standards in design.
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.
Supervise and manage architectural production staff.

Requirements

More than 6 years of experience working in residential architectural design.
Degree in Architecture, Design or related field (Master of Architecture preferred)
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Advanced communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish.
