We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

Main duties and responsibilities

· Coordinate the daily volume of operations and compliance with the Quality indicators of the Logistics and/or Forestry departments.
· Support the implementation of new projects, new suppliers and new Traffic operations.
· Design, implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate the performance of the Traffic operational activity.
· Coordinate and control Traffic functions with a view to their proper functioning.
· Analyze productivity indicators and their validation, and activity costs, in the profitability analysis.
· Implement continuous improvement practices and management of operational and systems efficiency, developing suggestions for their optimization.
· Analyze and review operational processes from a perspective of continuous improvement.

Traffic:
o Hiring and negotiation.
o Supervision of the management and control of shipping or delivery routes.
o Direct monitoring of routes and carriers, incidents with transportation providers, attention and management.
o Document control.
o Ensure correct billing of Traffic services.
o Registration and cost control.

Platform:
· Supervises the administrative management of the platform and the computer program.
· Track productivity and costs.
· Supports the analysis of the profitability of Traffic operations and actively participates in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
· Adequately implement the Quality and Safety Management System of the products in the area of their responsibility.

Requirements

• University degree in related field
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of taking initiative, independent and results-oriented
• Driving license group B
• Self-motivated, ambitious and goal-oriented person;
• Open to travelling
• Ability to manage stressful situations
• Minimum 5 years experience.
