Main duties and responsibilities

About the job
To support our Accounting team, we are recruiting a Treasury Officer responsible for the following tasks:

• Daily control and monitoring of all bank accounts for holding and production companies
• Updating/maintaining signatories for all banks
• Outgoing payment transactions in Multiline: preparation, execution and archiving,
• Supporting all KYC needs / compliance checks
• Accounting and bookkeeping for our entities
• Month-end-closing and reporting: accruals for interest, preparation of PL and BS
• Preparation of annual LUX GAAP accounts and the annual external audit
• Liaising with tax advisors regarding tax returns: VAT and corporate taxes
• Regular reporting to bank
• Support for other related companies
• Month-end-close in our production companies
• Assistance with the preparation of annual IFRS stand-alone and consolidated accounts and the annual external audit: loans, cash, audit confirmations
• Updating cash flow forecast for our entities
• Creating/updating all related financial reports
• Control and monitor the factoring facility for our production company
• Main point of contact for all factoring related tasks and duties
• Updating business registries, registry of beneficial owners and related
• Preparation of minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings for legal purposes
• Reporting and preparation of documents for external and internal audits
• Customer management
• Payment lists and direct manual payment
• Cooperation with insurance companies
• . Customers payment management (reminders, recovery, cash flows, compensation..)

Requirements

You are wondering how you can join us?
First of all, by answering the following requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years accounting knowledge in LuxGAAP and/or IFRS.
• Strong computer skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent oral / written communication and people management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, efficient and team oriented action.
• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
