Main duties and responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with suppliers of waste wood materials
• Deal with all activities in waste wood purchasing
• Contributing to the development and implementation of purchasing strategy and responsible for achieving set targets
• Taking part in planning supplies of wood goods
• Monitoring and analysis of the recycled wood market
• Keep systematic data base regarding purchase orders and realized supplies
• Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability
• Lead and manage depot staff, set clear targets and follow-up the progress
• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of the wood waste
• Promote sustainable practices within the depot operations and identify opportunities to reduce the environment impact of recycling processes
• Prepare monthly reports and analyses

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the recycling or waste management industry
• Strong knowledge of recycling processes and supply chain management
• Fluency in English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong performance orientation and cost awareness
• Team-oriented attitude
• Minimum of 3 years experience will be an advantage
