InLink is a company, specialized in the global marketing service of all Kronospan representatives and customers. The main activities are connected with the communication and the promotion of the wide variety products for the building and the interior design.
Main duties and responsibilities
Daily duties:
• Interfaces with Planning teams of Kronospan locations worldwide to identify purchasing needs and define the order quantity regarding needs, consumption and price.
• Processes internal demands and registers purchase orders in company’s ERP system.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgements, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and
provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
Requirements
Requirements:
• University degree
• A previous role in purchasing or sales administration is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools – especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and able to foster improvements and process
optimization solutions;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
