For our new Design Centre based in Clerkenwell, London, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaging person to head up the day to day operations.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for the Designcentre. Ensure that a professional, welcoming experience is maintained for showroom visitors at all times
• Maintain the showroom appearance including it's organisation, cleanliness, and updating of showroom displays
• Establish strong relationship with wide range of decision makers, including architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, carpenters as well as end-consumers
• Develop new business leads, visit and attract key architectural offices in order to specify our products in their projects
• Follow latest trends in interior design and keep up with product innovations and customer demands
• Organise and participate in local fairs, specific events to promote the Kronospan brand
• Schedule customer meeting, lead workshops, presentations, staff trainings and other promotional activities and events
• Promote the Designcentre and its activities as well as establish a strong online presence
• Preparation and control of the marketing budget

Requirements

• Your university degree will be in either interior design, architecture, marketing or public relations
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are essential
• You will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, and be knowledgeable and passionate about our products
• Dedicated and flexible with a hands-on approach, you will be comfortable in using your own initiative in this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Bilingual in German, Spanish or French would be advantageous.
