Main duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring tax compliance
• Supervise forecasting for each country / plant
• Oversee the local tax declarations
• Provide strategic tax advice and guidance to our business units, helping them navigate complex tax legislation.
• Oversee transfer pricing strategy and documentation
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and advisers
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Manage tax audits
• Monitoring emerging tax regimes

Requirements

• Qualified tax lawyer with significant experience. Candidate must have acquired one of the following titles or equivalent: Steuerberater (Germany/Austria); dipl. Steuerexperte / Steuerexpertin (Switz erland); Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) (UK).
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax law, including experience with tax compliance and planning strategies.
• Ability to provide clear and concise advice in a client-facing role.
• Expertise in corporate tax, and real estate tax is preferable.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to relocate within commutable distance to our office in Vaduz, Liechtenstein
