Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

Main duties and responsibilities

From the Human Resources department of Kronospan Iberia, we look for incorporate a HR Responsible located in Morocco who will report to HR Iberia Manager and assist to the Morocco CEO.

Tasks to perform:

- Document management not only in the labor area but also in human resources.
- Management of payroll and monthly incidents.
- Effectively apply all Kronospan standards, including the business philosophy.
- Recruitment of all types of profiles not only at the national level for Morocco, but also internationally (not only North Africa, but Europe).
- Carry out market studies to improve our competitiveness.
- Being able to attract candidates from our main competitors.
- Keep the database of candidates up to date.
- Recruitment reports.
- Perform direct search.

Requirements

• Residence in Morocco.
• Fluency in French essential.
• High English level.
• 3 years of experience as HR specialist.
• Studies: Degree in Labor relationships/ HR /Business or similar.
