Main duties and responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures the proper storage and location of all finished products manufactured by the AN facilities. The position is responsible for the proper, safe, and secure location of products in the warehouse. The position is also responsible for analyses of finished goods inventory to ensure proper information is maintained in the inventory management system.


Duties include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for cycle counting to insure warehouse inventory integrity.
• Analyze inventory for discrepancies, coordinate corrections, and communicate those corrections to avoid further discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports to support site management and administration
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager and Training Manager to ensure proper training for the Logistics and Despatch associates. Report any training needs to management.
• Ensure product rotation according to Kronospan policies and procedures. Analyze aged inventory reports and coordinate FIFO procedures.
• Inspect quality and quantity of finished goods designated for warehouse and sale (label, quality of packaging, stacking)

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment
• Perfect or near perfect attendance record
• Intermediate to excellent computer operating skills including word and excel
