From the Human Resources department we are looking for an Lawyer M/F for Tortosa plant.

Main duties and responsibilities

· Legal advice to all company departments.

· Analysis of legal issues.

· Contract drafting.

· Corporate agreements.

· Relations with public and regulatory bodies.

· Participation in the legal international strategy of the company.

· Coordination of external advisors.

Requirements

· Minimum experience of 2 years as a lawyer or in the in house legal department of a company.

· Adaptability and ability to solve complex problems providing practical solutions.

· Main areas of expertise: corporative law, commercial law, administrative law.

· High level of English.

· Working on-site at the Tortosa factory.
