Main duties and responsibilities

Customer orders processing: offer preparation, order acceptance, processing and follow-up support;
Preparation of loading list;
Ensuring high level of customer service;
Close cooperation with the external sales team, logistics, planning department and credit control;
Daily business communication via email and/or by phone.

Requirements

Fluent in English;
Knowledge of other language would be an advantage;
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service;
High motivation and commitment;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
