CLAIMS MANAGER

Main duties and responsibilities

• Receiving complaints in accordance with internal complaint procedures in place.
• Registration of complaints.
• Sending information to customers about complaint registration and reference number.
• Visiting customers for clarification of claims reasons and negotiations regarding claim settlement.
• Close cooperation with laboratory staff in quality control activities carried out by them.
• Complete cycle of paperwork regarding claims management

Requirements

- Works experience on similar position or in PB/MFC production from 2 years
- Good analytical and communication skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to details
- Experienced user of Excel
- Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
