Principales tâches et responsabilités

You will join our Sales department, and be responsible for managing and developing the existing customer base in the French market, together with the development of new sales across specified product groups, according to agreed strategies & sales targets.

Your daily work consists of :
- Drive sales of Laminate Flooring in the French market by managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers ;
- Collaborate with global production sites to expand our product range and explore cross-selling opportunities ;
- Develop and enhance our product offerings to meet market needs ;
- Create and implement strategies to boost market share and achieve sales targets ;
- Assist the Accounts department with aged debt management and financial controls ;
- Work with internal teams to meet customer needs and manage lead times ;
- Keep the CRM system updated and accurate ;
- Promote other Kronospan products when appropriate ;
- Meet performance objectives and adhere to company policies.

Profil
