Main duties and responsibilities

To be part of our PB Finishing line team, we are looking for their technical leader.
Your role provides to oversee and enhance the line operations, ensuring quality standards are met while facilitating effective communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams.

Your responsibilities includes:

- Oversee the sanding and cutting processes to ensure panels are produced to specification according to the production schedule.
- Monitor workflow and adjust operations as needed to meet production targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with PB clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on production quality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and manage a team of 6-8 operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Responsible for the procurement and management of consumables related to the production line, such as sandpaper and packaging materials.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Work closely with production management to support chipboard production.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer complaints and technical issues effectively.
- Ensure quality standards are upheld during the sanding and edge finishing processes.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, coordinating with the next production stage, including melaminating processes.
