Main duties and responsibilities

The Corporate Manufacturing Internship will be located at our Anniston, AL location. These internships provide hands-on training, coaching, mentoring, and practical experience in either our Technical or Commercial teams. As the world leader in wood- based panel production with 40 global sites, we are looking for talented ambitious, and passionate individuals to join our team and make a meaningful impact. During the internship, you will gain exposure to diverse business areas, including Accounting, Finance, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. You will work closely with industry professionals on meaningful projects that directly affect our operations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop problem- solving skills and gain insights into the inner workings of a global manufacturing leader.

Requirements

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate with team members, and present findings to leadership.
Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in handling tasks, especially when working with data, processes, or quality control measures.
Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Openness to new challenges, flexibility in dynamic environments, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills in manufacturing operations.
Currently enrolled in a business management, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management or related field of study.
