To support the growing needs of our online presence, we are expanding our team with a Web Designer (Visual Content & Digital Assets).
This is a junior, entry-level position created for motivated candidates at the beginning of their career. Our goal is to identify and develop long-term talent, offering the opportunity to grow, specialize, and remain part of our team within a structured digital environment.
The role focuses on the preparation, adaptation, and curation of visual materials for websites and digital channels, working closely with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent output.
Main duties and responsibilities
Prepare, adapt, and optimize visual assets for online shops, websites, and social media channels (banners, visuals, page elements, campaign materials).
Curate and organize visual content to ensure consistency across platforms and markets.
Support website updates by preparing visuals according to predefined layouts, technical requirements, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into ready-to-use digital assets.
Create simple layouts, wireframes, or visual mockups to support content planning and coordination.
Ensure correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and delivery readiness of all visual materials.
Maintain visual consistency in branding, typography, colors, and composition across all digital touchpoints.
Assist in managing and maintaining visual libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
Follow established workflows, deadlines, and quality standards.
Requirements
No previous professional experience required.
Suitable for recent graduates, students, or self-taught candidates with a strong interest in web and digital visuals.
Basic familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and/or Figma.
Understanding of how visuals are used on websites and social media (formats, resolutions, responsiveness).
Basic awareness of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback.
Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Portfolio or examples of personal, academic, or practice work are mandatory.
