We're hiring a CFO for Baltic Limited
This is not a typical regional CFO role.
We are looking for an internationally experienced finance leader with excellent English to take ownership of multiple entities across Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia, operating within a global industrial group.
The role involves regular international travel and operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Main duties and responsibilities
Lead and align financial strategy across multiple countries
Drive financial performance, transparency, and control
Support investments, expansion, and transformation initiatives
Drive a structured value creation agenda across the region
Oversee M&A activities, including evaluation, execution, and integration
Manage relationships with banks and financing partners at an international level
Optimise and actively manage working capital and cash flow across entities
Drive sales price discipline and margin optimisation
Oversee CAPEX planning, budgeting, and investment control
Lead fixed cost optimisation initiatives across the region
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and Procurement to enhance efficiency and cost control
Requirements
CFO / Finance Director with strong international track record
Background in industrial or manufacturing environments
Proven ability to operate within multi-country structures
Hands-on, pragmatic, with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Business fluent English is essential
