Main duties and responsibilities

Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Boiler Operator.

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:

- Monitoring, management and operation of the site's energy installations, you are responsible for analyzing, monitoring and modifying the parameters according to the needs of the production lines and other variables inherent to the site (temperature, humidity, pressure, power, etc.);
- You ensure the optimization of combustion parameters (management of flow rates, fuel supply, etc.);
- You carry out daily rounds of the installations, you know how to detect and solve technical problems (mechanical, electrical), safety problems, you are a source of proposals and you participate in the improvement of our installations.

Requirements

Our perfect match for this role is someone production-oriented, highly reliable with a certain ability to work under pressure.

Also, to be our future Boiler Operator you must answer the following prerequisites:

- Sense of responsibility, reactive and dynamic, sense of initiative and autonomy, team spirit;
- Minimum 2 years of higher education in Mechanics, Electricity or Energy, knowledge of electromechanics, automation, natural gas, renewable energies is an asset;
- Professional experience between 1 and 5 years in Industry;
- Knowledge of French, German will be considered a plus;
- Organization according to a 4*8 rotating work rhythm.
