Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We are open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

Descripción de las funciones y responsabilidades

• Management of all the team and resources.
• Implement Kronospan culture (simplicity, people, low cost and entrepreneurship) in all the statements. It depends on how the Management could motivate their employees.
• Training our people in Kronospan reports and rules.
• Responsible for all the recruitment process.
• Hiring young people (should stay as apprentices 2 years).
• Get to the market to hire the best people around.
• Develop good people nominating HIPO.
• Fired the poison people or the bad employees.
• Get closed to the head/managers of each department. Listen to them (requirements and needs).
• Help the managers to protect good employees getting rid off poison people.
• Keep a motivated team.
• Build a team with full committed people.
• Control the fulfilment of all the Kronospan rules by everyone.
• Control and appliance of the obligations settle by law.
• Define clear quarterly targets for each department. Check the targets monthly inform the management monthly and make a review each quarter (quarterly bonus).
• Help the managers to define clear targets for each people of the department. Motivate our people avoiding the accommodation in their comfort position is a must
• Monitoring logistic, production, purchase departments to rank the contractors every month. Quality, service, delivery time.
• Communication with Internal Audit.
• Cooperate with all the departments to obtain the best from everyone.
• Keep committees at bay.

Requisitos

• 4 - 10 years of professional experience in HR
• English C1
• Law / Economics / Business Degree
• HR master
