Main duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Role
- Manage and develop the Internal Audit Team
- Represent Internal Audit function to internal stakeholders (Group CEOs)
- Maintain and develop internal audit toolset
- Perform Financial Due Diligence projects
- Improve business processes and ensure compliance with Policies
- Support Benchmarking
- Lead projects on-site yourself

Requirements

Ideal Candidate
- You will have strong accountancy (IFRS) and audit skills, having already achieved a recognized audit qualification - ACCA / CIA / CISA / CIMA
- With a keen eye for detail, you will be commercially astute, think in processes and be an accomplished problem solver
- Detailed knowledge of (i.) MS-Office package is essential, (ii.) K-Soft & Varial is necessary to perform the job
- Strong English language skills are vital for the role holder
- International mindset and team player
- Stress resistant and willing to travel, more than 75% of working hours
- Previous experience of working at Kronospan is favorable
