We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician at our Tortosa plant who is eager to develop their career and learn.
Main duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Resolution of technical incidents.
- Telephone/email support for users.
- Remote support for offices and the factory.
- Computer and device configuration.
- Systems administration.
- Network and Wi-Fi system administration.
- Management of delivery notes, invoices, and warehouse stock.
Requirements
Experience in:
- Network technical assistance.
- Server management.
- IT support and incident resolution.
