Main duties and responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to
managing interviews and on-boarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work
environment.
• Analyze HR data and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on employment law and best practices.
• Work on new idea's and projects

Requirements

• A recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships and navigate diverse personalities.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
• A passion for people and a desire to make a positive impact on an organization.
