We opened our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets..

From the Human Resources department we are looking for an HS Manager for Tortosa plant.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Lead activities that guarantee safety and health in plants.
• Joint prevention service.
• Health and safety committee.
• Audits.
• Prepare plant plans related to Health and Safety.
• Carry out the planning of preventive activity.
• Make the plant emergency plan.
• Carry out training planning in occupational risk prevention.
• Prepare the Department's annual budget based on the planned prevention plans.
• Management of the necessary documentation regarding risk prevention and occupational health
• Development of standards and procedures regarding risk prevention and occupational health
• Coordination and supervision of the activities of the personnel of your Department.
• Manage budget control of your department.
• Approval of your Department's purchases.
• Coordination of subcontracted companies.
• Maintenance and updating of management records and indicators of your department.
• Preparation of periodic reports on the department's activities
• Design, document and deliver training actions on occupational risk prevention.
• Manage purchase orders.

Requirements

Higher Technician degree in PRL is essential.
High level English since many subcontractors are foreigners.
Knowledge of industrial safety.
I work in factories with a high volume of employees.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Field work.
