Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we look for incorporate an IT Manager for the new plant in Tortosa (100% on site).

Main duties and responsibilities

Tasks to perform:
TECHNIQUES:
- Resolution of technical incidents.
- Telephone / mail attention to users.
- Remote support to offices and factory.
- Configuration computers and devices.
- System Administration.
- Administration of Wi-Fi networks and systems.

ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Management of guarantees and RMAs, inventory of equipment, licenses, etc...
- Manage renewals of licenses, domains, certificates and track expirations.
- Manage purchases with suppliers, warehouse stock, orders, delivery notes, deliveries, invoices.
- Make budgets and follow up with clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in English essential.
• 3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
o Network technical assistance (wifi, routers, switches, IP settings).
o Server management.
o Telecommunications management.
o IT support and troubleshooting.
o Management of user equipment (workstations, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems).
