Main duties and responsibilities
To strengthen our Accounting team, we are looking for a junior plant Controller (F/M)
Your responsibilities will include:
Finance
• Creation and analyse of financial situation of products, customers, suppliers for management, sales, etc.
• Review standard costs with actual costs
• Manage coherent data in our internal system.
Reporting
• Review of daily profit
• Production Forecast and related reports
• Statec reports enquiries
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor monthly maintenance expenditure
• Hold regular meetings with product line managers to review maintenance and factory services expenses
• Calculate allocation keys of indirect expenses to the production.
Month End Closings
• Consumption calculation for Timber, chemicals, paper, stocks, energy.
• Stock valuation
• Stock movement and reconciliation
• Prepare contribution analysis
• Review production related reports and explain main variations
• Review all AC reports
• Prepare Results analysis report
• Organise Monthly stock take for inventory and spare parts
• Allocate indirect costs to products
• Prepare the production bonus calculations.
External and Internal audit
• Collaboration with internal, external audit.
• Provide production and cost related information to the auditors
• Review internal procedure with actual practice.
• Compare with the management rules and best practice.
• Implement Internal audit recommended actions
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure compliance and continuous access
Grants
• Follow-up of investments grants from local ministry and EU
Ad-Hoc
• Provide information to group functions regarding production, stocks and operating expenses
• Identify and implement process improvement actions.
Requirements
You are definitely the perfect match if you:
- Have a first proven experience in a similar job, ideally for a Manufacturing company,
- Are fluent in English,
- Are independent on Excel,
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
