Main duties and responsibilities

• A creative thinker with good understanding of layout structure to interpret design concepts, and experience of creating and rolling out layouts in PowerPoint
• Responsible for the design and formatting of presentations in Powerpoint, InDesign and Keynote with the brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of layout and typography and ability to turn complex information into understandable designs
• Preparation of artwork and illustrations for presentations
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Should be comfortable communicating with all departments to discuss in more depth the project brief, and understand their goals
• Must be able to carry out brand research to understand the target audience, storyboard ideas and be able to interpret these visually
• Follow standards and digital guidelines for branded materials
• Take briefs from clients whilst advising them on the best technical and design solution
• Manage multiple projects and communicate directly with key people
• Develop and share best practice and working knowledge with team members
• Plan and work effectively to ensure time critical deadlines are always met
• Ensure all work is quality checked


• Good design knowledge and awareness of current market trends
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is essential
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• A strong portfolio of delivering creative work showing design skills, creativity, typography, storytelling through visuals, and good use of imagery
• Able to work across multiple projects and remain calm under pressure in a time critical environment
• High level of attention to detail and good communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of presentation preparation for distribution
• Strong layout, typography and image selection skills
• A keen eye for accuracy in data, detail and design
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and grammar
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Proactive in self-development, using training materials and sources provided
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects
• Can do attitude
