Main duties and responsibilities
If you join our Purchasing department, your daily work will consist of:
- Raising and confirming orders using KSoft and Neter ;
- Processing purchase demands and managing order processing ;
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost savings and advantageous terms ;
- Ensuring purchases from approved suppliers ;
- Managing supplier data and relationships, including negotiations ;
- Using the SRM system for reporting meeting minutes ;
- Creating price comparisons, purchase orders, claims, and debit notes ;
- Sourcing new suppliers and handle IVE invoices ;
- Meeting performance objectives and adhere to company policies ;
- Applying and respect QSE policies.
Requirements
