Main duties and responsibilities

- Staff sourcing and recruiting for Novovolynsk and Rivne factories
- Induction and adaptation of newcomers
- Cooperation with schools and universities in terms of attraction of new personnel

Requirements

- Work experience in the area of recruiting - from 2 years
- Communication and presentation skills
- English B1+ as an advantage
- Ability to work within tough deadlines
- HIgh level of responsibility
