Kronospan Riga is looking for a Recycled wood buyer with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Be an active part of the wood recycling area and perform the purchase of recycled wood.
• Implementation of the wood recycling market observations and analyses.
• Procurement of wood recycling and supply to recycling processes.
• Execution of price and contract negotiations.
• Responsibility for building trusting and lasting customer relationships.
• Implementation of company goals and process improvement.

Requirements
• Proven experience as Technical Buyer/Purchaser, ideally in the wood recycled industry and/or waste sector (3 years of experience).
• Fluent English and Latvian is a MUST.
• Strong technical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong people management, resilience and negotiation skills are a must.
