Principales tâches et responsabilités

You will join our Sales department, and be responsible for overall liaison between Sales & Customers in terms of Kronospan products in all current and potential markets/countries.

Your daily work consists of :
- Drive sales and growth in target markets ;
- Collaborate with local sales teams to expand market share and acquire new customers ;
- Manage key accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers ;
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable growth ;
- Oversee sales planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring ;
- Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decisions ;
- Lead and develop the sales team, including Sales Managers and Product/Marketing Managers ;
- Provide training, performance monitoring, and appraisals ;
- Manage sales operations, stock levels, and marketing materials ;
- Conduct customer visits to build relationships and identify growth opportunities ;
- Improve customer service and satisfaction ;
- Meet or exceed sales targets, margin goals, and market share objectives.
