Main duties and responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Team
Manage supplier relationships and sourcing (incl. China and Turkey)
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and quality standards
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize the supply chain

Requirements

5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Fluent English and Latvian (Danish/Turkish/Chinese will be an advantage)
Strong negotiation skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
