Main duties and responsibilities

- make sure that products before, during and after production process meet quality and safety standards
- inspect and test raw material purchased from suppliers and support records of supplier performance
- analyze, report and document results of inspection and testing
- prepare claim documentation of supplier material out of required standards
- evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for quality, production and testing procedure improvements
- active involvement in open claim meetings and analyzing customer claims
- take part on claim meetings and customer visits (if necessary)
- daily reporting to the CEO, active cooperation with Sales Director and Production Director

Requirements

- degree in technical field (technical / quality engineer), chemical engineer degree is of advantage
- strong technical background
- at least 2-3 years experience in production area (quality control / assurance experience preferred)
- fluent English knowledge (another European language is an asset)
- hardworking, goal-oriented and responsible attitude
- good in arithmetic and statistics
- systematic, logical approach to work
- strong communication skills and proactive, open-minded personality
