We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we look for incorporate a BOC (back office clerk) for Burgos plant (100% on site).

Main duties and responsibilities

• Customer management from the first moment.
• Receiving calls and emails from clients and sales representatives.
• High flow of around 200 emails daily.
• Management of rejection orders.
• Daily invoice review and weekend billing.
• Receiving customer orders, entering the order into the system, we confirm product delivery dates.
• Marketing, samples and catalog management.
• Events with clients.
• Creation of prospective clients.
• Sending proforma invoices to the client.
• Configuration of the truck or transport vehicle (container or ship).
• Once the client's deposit has been received, the shipment of material begins.
• With confirmation to the client with feedback in the form of complaints.

Requirements

Fluency in English.
