Main duties and responsibilities

-Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, general terms and conditions of transactions, and other legal documents;
-Following-up on the negotiations;
-Being the main point of contact with management boards regarding legal issues and reporting;
-Legal supervision over high-risk contractors;
-Supporting and/or managing of new/non-standard contracts with customers and suppliers

Requirements

A team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest for industrial environments.
Also, to be our future Inhouse Lawyer, you must have:
-Higher legal education;
-Excellent Latvian, English language skills, Russian will be an advantage;
-Proven experience in a similar position ideally in Industry;
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
